# Điều khoản thi hành

* **Hiệu lực thi hành:** Bộ luật có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ban hành *(14/07/2026 — Ngày ra mắt MINICITY Season 2)*. TTC thành phố có quyền cập nhật, sửa đổi; mọi thay đổi được thông báo công khai trên Discord của server.
* **Xử lý tình huống phát sinh:** Với tình huống chưa được quy định, PD xử lý theo tinh thần của bộ luật và báo cáo TTC thành phố để xem xét bổ sung.
* **Trách nhiệm công dân:** Việc không biết luật không phải là lý do miễn trừ trách nhiệm. Công dân có trách nhiệm tự tìm hiểu luật khi tham gia server.
